Описание

Prebeat keeps you under a heart rate ceiling by vibrating before you reach it, not 20 to 30 seconds after you have already gone over. It learns how fast your own heart rate responds to effort, predicts where it will be 20 seconds from now, and taps your wrist while there is still time to ease off. Built for zone 2, MAF and 80/20 training, easy runs, run/walk and steady rides. During the activity you see your heart rate on a gauge with the ceiling and the prediction marked, a time-above budget that counts down, and the pace you can hold at the ceiling right now. After a few sessions Prebeat shows your response time and your pace at the ceiling over time, so you can see your aerobic base move. Prebeat is a training aid, not a medical device; it suggests when to ease off and never replaces advice from your doctor. WHAT IT DOES - Ceiling from MAF 180 (with the official adjustments), % of heart rate reserve, the top of your zone 2, or a fixed number - Predicts your heart rate 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds ahead with a first-order model and warns early - Learns your personal heart rate response time from every step-up in effort - Spike filter and hysteresis against false alarms; separate vibration for early, over and budget - Time-above budget (1 to 10 minutes) with a countdown and a warning 30 seconds before it runs out - Pace or speed you can hold at the ceiling, how it fades with cardiac drift, and where it will be in 30 minutes - Optional run/walk cues: walk when you are about to cross, run again when you have dropped back - Records the activity with the ceiling, the predicted heart rate, time above and response time in the FIT file - History, response-time trend, pace-at-ceiling trend and a glance with your last session WHAT IT NEEDS A watch with wrist heart rate or a paired chest strap. GPS for pace outdoors; indoors Prebeat uses the speed the watch measures. Your age and resting heart rate from Garmin Connect for MAF and heart rate reserve. Start the app, press START and run.
