Enable them only if you keep your watch locked and under your control. +++++ Publishes your Trio therapy data as Connect IQ complications, so you can keep the watch face you already love and place glucose, insulin and carbs into its complication slots. Its own app view shows a 2-hour glucose graph and, from version 1.0, a Trio menu to log carbs, bolus and start or stop presets. NEW IN 1.0: Trio Commands (press START on the graph) - currently only available in lates Tai dev distribution https://github.com/mountrcg/Tai/tree/dev • Cancel running override or temp target • Start a temp target or override from your Trio presets • Bolus • Meal: carbs with an optional bolus • Amounts on one screen: UP / DOWN, hold to speed up, capped at Trio's Max Carbs and Max Bolus • Every action ends in a Yes / No confirmation • Result shown briefly, then back to the graph; vibration for success or failure • A second insulin or carbs command is blocked while the first is unconfirmed Glance (thanks to Pierre: https://github.com/avouspierre/GarminAppTrioPerso) • Glucose, IOB, COB and time since last loop in the glance list KEY FEATURES: Four Complication Slots • Place Trio data into any watch face that supports Connect IQ complications • Each slot is freely configurable, with live labels and distinct icons Nine Metrics • Glucose (mg/dL or mmol/L), glucose with trend arrow, trend and delta • IOB, COB, sensitivity ratio, temp basal rate, eventual BG, data age Built-in Glucose Graph • 2-hour graph in Trio's dynamic colours, target range and loop target as guide lines • Large glucose value with trend and delta; COB, IOB and sensitivity ratio • Loop status ring with time since last loop Safety By Design • Values fall back to "--" when stale: 15 minutes for glucose and delta, 30 minutes for loop values • Commands are off in Trio by default; bolus has its own switch • Trio checks every command: Max Carbs, Max Bolus, Max IOB, a 6-minute interval between watch boluses, and commands older than 2 minutes are refused How It Works: Connects directly to the Trio iOS app on your paired iPhone via Bluetooth. Data arrives every 5 minutes and the complications keep updating while the app is closed. Commands and their answers use the same direct connection. Requirements: • Trio iOS app on iPhone; in Trio select "Complication" as your Garmin watch face • Pair the watch in Trio (the Garmin Connect app is only needed for this step) • For commands: a Trio version with Garmin watch commands, with "Enable Watch Commands" (and "Allow Bolus Commands" for insulin) switched on. With older Trio versions the menu shows "No answer"; data, graph, glance and complications work as before • A watch face that supports Connect IQ complications Watch Face Compatibility: Many watch faces offer only Garmin's own complications (steps, battery). Look for one that supports Connect IQ or third-party complications. Garmin's Face It watch faces, built in the Connect IQ mobile app, do. Optional Settings via Garmin Connect: • Assign any of the nine metrics to each of the four slots • Target glucose range for the graph guide lines Privacy & Security: Direct transmission between Trio and the watch. No external servers, no internet connection. Your diabetes data stays private.
