설명

Take on the legendary "Bring Sally Up" fitness challenge directly from your wrist! Whether your weapon of choice is push-ups, squats, or pull-ups, this app acts as your ultimate virtual coach. Instead of trying to time the song yourself or staring at a clock, the app perfectly guides you through all 30 repetitions, including those brutal 14-second holds at the bottom. Key Features & Utilities: Eyes-Free Workout: Distinct vibrations and audio tones tell you exactly when to go 'UP' and when to go 'DOWN', so you can focus entirely on your form and breathing. Activity Recording: Seamlessly saves your challenge as a Cardio workout to your Garmin Connect account, tracking your Heart Rate, calories burned, and total duration. On-Device History: Automatically saves your last 7 attempts directly on the watch, allowing you to easily track your progress over time. Perfect Timing: Precisely programmed for the exact challenge protocol (2 seconds UP, 3 seconds or 14 seconds DOWN). Intuitive Controls: Fully supports both physical buttons and touchscreen interactions (tap to start/stop/save). Are you strong enough to survive all 30 reps? Hit START and let's find out!
