YOUR SECOND TIME ZONE The red 24-hour hand makes one turn a day and points at the hour of your second time zone on the 24-hour bezel (24 at the top). Choose any zone from GMT-12 to GMT+14, or hide the hand. GMT stands for Greenwich Mean Time, the world reference for time zones. Zones are set in whole hours and do not switch to daylight saving by themselves: adjust the offset when the clocks change. DATE WINDOW AND SECONDS A real magnified date window at 3 o'clock. A seconds hand with a luminous disc, which you can switch off. ALWAYS-ON: DAY, NIGHT OR AUTO Day keeps the full dial visible, dimmed. Night shows what a real dial shows in the dark: luminous hour markers and hands glowing in blue or green, with crisp white outlines. Auto switches between the two at the hours you choose, for example day from 07:00 and night from 21:00. Pick the glow colour: blue or green. ON-WATCH CUSTOMISATION Press and hold the watch face, then Customize: bezel colour, second time zone, always-on style and glow colour, seconds. Everything is also available in Garmin Connect.
