Rucking isn't walking. Your watch's walk mode ignores the 30 lb on your back. Ruckaroo doesn't.
Pick your terrain and set your pack weight on the watch, hit start, and ruck. When you finish, you get your Ruck Score and badge tier, plus calories that count your pack, terrain and grade (based on the Pandolf equation the US Army has used since 1977).
ON YOUR WRIST
- Setup in seconds: outdoor or treadmill, terrain (flat, incline, decline, trail, sand, gravel) and pack weight, remembered for next time
- Live time, distance, pace, heart rate and pack-adjusted calories

Your ruck is saved on the watch before it syncs, so it isn't lost if your phone is out of range.
