Gym Notes is the gym notebook I wanted on my own wrist: a serious training log, without the noise. Plan your own week - push/pull/legs, upper/lower, a bro split or anything else, or start from one of the prebuilt splits - and start today's workout with one press. For every exercise the watch shows what you lifted last time and suggests the next step, and logging a set takes three presses: weight, reps, saved. When you finish, the workout, its volume and any new personal records are saved. History, estimated 1RM, the progress of every exercise and your totals for the week, month and year are always one press away, and every morning a short note tells you what today is. Everything works without your phone. It also works with my watch faces: Pure Digital, Talon HUD, Contour, Summit and Nordic Light can show today's workout from Gym Notes in small letters on the face.
