Sauna Y is a Garmin app designed for recording and tracking sauna sessions. The app lets you: track heating and cooling time, record multiple rounds during one session, monitor temperature, view the current timer and session status, review a summary of each round, save laps to the FIT activity file, review temperature trends after syncing with Garmin Connect. During a session, you can easily switch between heating, cooling, and summary screens. Each round is recorded with its duration and captured temperature values. Sauna Y keeps sauna session tracking simple and clear, so you can focus on your routine while the app records the important details.
