Body Battery Stack - Every metric, in context. Most Garmin watch faces show you a number. Body Battery Stack shows you two things: the current reading and where it sits versus your own 7-day baseline. Every cell has a delta arrow — up, down, or none — so you know at a glance whether your body is trending better or worse than your normal. The default layout puts Body Battery, SpO2, Stress, and Time to Recovery on a 2×2 grid. Any cell can be swapped for Resting HR, Steps, Calories, Floors, Active Minutes, Barometric Pressure, live Heart Rate, Battery %, or Notifications. Direction-aware coloring highlights what matters right now: accent color when a value is trending in the good direction for that metric, red when it's trending the wrong way. Features - 4-quadrant biosignal grid with configurable cells - Delta arrows show change vs. your 7-day rolling baseline - Direction-aware coloring (up-is-good for Body Battery, down-is-good for Stress and Resting HR) - 13 metric options per cell - Configurable AOD metric so one signal stays visible always-on - 9 accent color options - 6 date format options - 12 hour and 24 hour time - Full always-on display with burn-in-aware sparse layout - On-device settings menu (no phone app needed) - AMOLED-first color palette with deep black backgrounds Compatible devices: fenix 8, fenix E, Epix 2 and Epix Pro, Forerunner 165, 265, and 965, Venu 2, Venu 3, vivoactive 5, MARQ 2, Instinct 3 AMOLED, Descent Mk3, Approach S50, Approach S70, D2 Air X10, D2 Mach 1, and more.
