Descrizione
A period product timer and cycle tracker for your watch.
Change your pad, tampon, cup, disc or period underwear on time, without setting phone alarms. Time To Change counts the time since your last change and reminds you when it's time. Everything runs on the watch: no account, no phone app, no data leaves your wrist. Free.
ON YOUR WRIST
• Time left in big numbers, inside a ring that fills as you wear
• "Changed" in one tap (touch screens) or from the START menu, with undo
• "Change by 14:30" at a glance, and the maximum wear time when it matters
• A glance view for a quick look from the watch face
REMINDERS THAT FIT THE PRODUCT
• Separate settings for pads, tampons, menstrual cups, discs and period underwear
• Reminder and maximum wear time per product (tampons: 8 hours at most, following FDA guidance)
• Absorbency or cup size per product, plus your flow today: a heavier flow brings the reminder forward
• A night reminder per product for wear that starts around bedtime
• Tip when a tampon is more absorbent than your flow needs
ALERTS YOU CONTROL
• Reminder, maximum wear time, and an optional heads-up 15 or 30 minutes earlier
• "Remind again" every 15 to 60 minutes until you've changed (paused while you sleep)
• Bedtime check: a warning before sleep if your product will run out overnight
• Confirm each change yourself, or let the timer restart automatically
• No alerts outside your period
• Discreet mode leaves the product name out of alerts, the glance and the watch face
CYCLE TRACKING
• Log period start and end, also for earlier days
• Prediction of your next period as a window of days, learning from your history
• Optional alerts the evening before your period is expected, and when it's late
• "Irregular cycle" setting that switches predictions off
• History, cycle and period length, and wear statistics per product
WATCH FACE DATA
Watch faces that support app data can show your time left, progress, product icon and change-by time. Outside your period, the face can show another field of your choice instead, such as steps or heart rate.
