Descrizione
The watch app for Reverfit Entreno and Reverfit Socio. Open your workout on your phone and your watch shows the exercise, the set, the weight and the reps you're due.
• START, or tapping the screen, logs the set as done.
• During rest you get a countdown, the watch vibrates when it ends, and START skips it.
• Your watch's heart rate reaches the phone app just like a chest strap.
You need the Reverfit Entreno or Reverfit Socio app (version 1.3.0 or later) on your iPhone or Android phone, plus Garmin Connect.
To start: in the phone app, go to Tú › Entreno › Reloj Garmin (the phone apps are in Spanish). Then open Reverfit on your watch and start your workout on the phone.
The watch app stores nothing and never goes online: it only talks to your phone app.
