Descrizione

Your Endu workouts, started from your watch. Endu builds your training plan for running, trail running, triathlon or swimrun, at www.endu.fr. This app puts today's workout on your wrist: press START and it opens in your Garmin watch's own workout mode, with its steps, durations and pace targets. How it works 1. On first launch, press START: your phone opens Endu to link the watch to your account, once. 2. The app shows your next workout: the day, the title, the duration and the distance. 3. Press START: the workout loads and starts in Garmin's workout mode. The first time, the watch asks for permission to open the workout: answer "Always". What you need - An Endu account, created at www.endu.fr or from the app when you link the watch. - The Garmin Connect app on your phone, near the watch when the workout loads. Free or paid Without a subscription, you get the first week of each phase of your plan. Beyond that, an Endu subscription is required: 14-day trial, cancel anytime, then €7.99 per month with no commitment or €59.88 per year. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your Endu account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the month started is not refunded. Limits - The app shows one workout at a time: the next one in your plan. - The workout is not added to the Garmin Connect calendar: you start it from the Endu app. Contact: [email protected]. Privacy: www.endu.fr/privacy. Endu is an independent app, not affiliated with Garmin.
