Count your cigarettes, track your weekly progress and unlock grades, right on your wrist. Description: NoCig counts your cigarettes and helps you cut down, right on your Garmin watch. One press to log, and everything updates on its own. Fully on-device, no account, no connection. HOW IT WORKS The app has 3 screens: swipe (up/down) to move between them: Today, Charts, Stats. The top button adds a cigarette (and opens the settings). SCREEN 1 - TODAY Front and center: time since your last cigarette. Below: how many cigarettes you've had today, and your daily target (e.g. "3 3/10 target"). Green while you're under the target, orange if you go over. At the bottom: a countdown to your next health benefit. Smoke-free, the body recovers: at 20 min your pulse settles, at 8 h carbon monoxide halves, at 24 h heart risk drops, and so on up to 1 month. SCREEN 2 - CHARTS Three views of your intake: Week (one bar per day, with the day initial), Month and Year (as line graphs). To switch period: on this screen, the top button opens a small menu (Week / Month / Year). You can also tap the screen to cycle through the three. The dates under the graph keep you oriented (oldest on the left, today on the right). SCREEN 3 - STATS Your record: the longest you've gone without smoking. "This week": the percentage change of your last 7 days versus the 7 days before, plus the equivalent in money. Green if you cut down, orange if you went up. "Total": what you've actually spent on cigarettes since the start. Your grade, at the bottom: it climbs as you progress (10 star levels, from "First step" to "Legend"). ADD OR FIX A CIGARETTE Top button: pick regular, rolled, or vape, logged instantly. In that same menu: "Undo" removes the last one (mistakes happen), and "Clear all" starts fresh. SETTINGS (on the watch) From the Today or Stats screen, press the top button and choose "Settings". There you set the price of a cigarette (used for the amounts) and your daily target. Bonus: when you regularly stay under your target, the app offers a lower one, confirmed with one press. GLANCE In the widget list, a preview without opening the app: today's count and time since your last. PRIVACY Bilingual (English / French based on your watch's language). Everything is calculated and stored on the watch. No account, no connection, no data sent anywhere. GOOD TO KNOW NoCig is a personal tracking tool meant to motivate. Amounts (total spent, comparisons) are calculated from the price you enter and are indicative. The health milestones are general information and are not medical advice.
