Respiration Flow combines a calm expanding ring with luminous lung artwork and live Garmin wellness data. Respiration Rate is highlighted in the center by default, while three lower dials provide Stress, Heart Rate, and Body Battery at a glance. How it works - The central position displays your current Respiration Rate by default. - The breathing ring expands and contracts in a smooth five-second visual cycle. - The animation is a calming visual rhythm; it does not detect, guide, or synchronize with individual breaths. - All four data positions are configurable, including the central position. - When Stress is selected, its icon and color adjust dynamically: green for low, yellow for medium, and red for high stress. - Respiration and other wellness values depend on device support, available sensors, wear time, and Garmin's recorded data. - This watch face provides general wellness information and is not a medical device or breathing treatment.
