Kathode shows the time on four glowing nixie tubes: a glass envelope with an anode mesh, the lit digit with its orange glow and the nine unlit cathodes faintly visible behind it. Above sits a small VFD strip with the date in your watch language, below a base plate with four data windows, and two more fields sit on the edges next to the tubes. Every setting, every slot, on every size. You pick the tube color, the base plate, the tube shape, the clock format, the date format and what each of the six fields shows, on the watch itself or in the Connect app. The digits are drawn for each screen resolution separately, so they stay sharp and fill the face on every supported watch.
