Descrizione

Target Gauge turns the target of your structured workout step into a gauge you can read at a glance. It reads any step target: pace or speed, power, heart rate and cadence, including the lap-average variants. The green band in the middle is your target range and the red sides are too slow or too fast. The marker shows where you are right now. - A red arrow in front of the number tells you what to do: arrow up = push harder, arrow down = ease off. In range, no arrow. - Big number: the smoothed value of the target metric; with lap-average targets, the average of the step. - Step time remaining for timed steps (pauses with the timer). - No target? It shows smoothed pace for running and trail, and power (or speed without a power meter) for cycling. - Multisport ready: switches metric on each leg. Swim legs show --. - Adapts to the slot: arc along the bezel in full screen, top or bottom; bar in a full-width middle band; target range as text in small cells. - Follows the light or dark data screen and your watch units. Settings (Garmin Connect app): smoothing per metric (1 to 30 s), pace or speed (automatic by sport, always pace, always speed), show step time remaining, show target only. How to use: add Target Gauge to a data screen of your run or bike activity and start a structured workout (Garmin Connect, Intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks and others). Permission: it reads your user profile (FTP and heart rate zones) only to convert targets set as % of FTP, % of max heart rate or heart rate zone. Nothing leaves the watch: no internet access, no data collected.

Novità
