Descrizione

Your Saturday 5K, paced to the metre. 5K Pacer is a complete 5K running app for your watch. It records your run like Garmin's own run app, counts you down to the finish, tells you where you'll finish, and puts your parkrun barcode on your wrist at the end. GET READY - A GPS ring fills as your watch finds a signal and turns green when you're good to go. - Press START to begin. THE PACER PAGE - Metres to go, and a big running timer. - A progress ring round the screen, with a marker at every kilometre. - Current pace and heart rate, with the heart coloured by your HR zone. - Your estimated finish time, updated as you speed up or tire. - Time left, or how far ahead or behind your target time or PB you are, with a "ghost runner" on the ring. - A buzz and your split at each kilometre, and a big "FINISHED!" as you cross 5K. THE DATA PAGE (press DOWN or UP) - Heart rate at the top: a zone gauge round the bezel with a marker at your current heart rate, your zone in its colour, and a big BPM. - Two data fields each side and one across the bottom, with a 5K progress bar round the edge. Choose each one in the Connect IQ app from 27 options, including pace, average pace, speed, distance, cadence, power, calories, altitude, ascent, heart rate, time of day, finish time, time left, ahead/behind target or PB and last km split. AT THE FINISH - Press START, then choose Resume, Save or Discard. - Saved runs go to Garmin Connect as a normal Running activity, with GPS, heart rate, cadence and laps, ready for Strava. - Then show your barcode on screen as a QR code for the scanner, with your name. The screen stays lit while it's scanned. - Hold UP on the start screen to show your barcode at any time. SETTINGS (Connect IQ app) - Your barcode ID (e.g. A1234567) and name. - Whether to offer the barcode after each run. - Course distance (raise it slightly if your watch reads long on your course). - Target time and PB, and what the pacer's bottom-right box shows. - The five fields on the data page. Other buttons: BACK marks a lap while you run, so a knock can't close the app. If the app is closed unexpectedly, your run is saved. 5K Pacer is not affiliated with or endorsed by parkrun. "parkrun" is a trademark of parkrun Limited.
