Respond puts your department's calls on your wrist. It is the Garmin companion to the stationOS Respond app for fire, EMS and search and rescue departments, and needs that app on your phone and a department account to work. When dispatch pages, your watch pages too, with your chosen Dispatch tone, and shows the call type, address, priority, how many members are responding, and the time since dispatch. - Respond from the watch: station, scene or elsewhere. The watch confirms when the server has it, and says so if it didn't get through. - Change destination or stand down without taking out your phone. - Call details: cross street, the business or apartment, and dispatch's latest notes. - Find the scene: a compass and distance from the watch's own GPS, and on fenix 7 and 8 a map with the scene and the nearest hydrants and cisterns. - Urgent and emergency department messages on the wrist. - Your quiet and snooze settings carry over: quiet buzzes without sound, snoozed doesn't page. - On Fenix watches, the call type, priority and your response state in colour. Works on fenix 5X, fenix 7, fenix 8, Enduro 2, tactix 7 and 8, and Instinct 2. Requires the stationOS Respond app (iPhone or Android) signed in to a department that uses stationOS. Your phone stays the link to dispatch; the watch never connects to the internet on its own.
