Descrizione
RunGlow on your wrist: the watch companion of the RunGlow running coach app for your phone.
Start a session in RunGlow on your phone and the watch opens this app by itself (you confirm with one tap on the wrist). While you run, the watch records the activity and sends your heart rate live to the phone, so the pace and effort guidance you hear uses real-time data. Pause, resume or finish from the watch; the run is saved as a regular activity on your Garmin.
What you see on the watch: elapsed time, distance, current pace and heart rate, with a clear start/pause/save flow and large, readable text.
Requirements: the RunGlow app on an Android phone, with Garmin Connect installed and the watch paired. RunGlow is currently available in Chile; more countries are coming.
