Descrizione

Track sauna, cold plunge and contrast sessions on your Garmin watch. Follow hot, cold and rest phases in one activity, review your 10 most recent sessions on the watch, and save phase laps, heart rate and entered temperatures to Garmin Connect. One purchase. All three modes included. No subscription, licence codes or companion phone app. THREE WAYS TO TRACK - Sauna: time your heat session with an optional target. - Cold Plunge: track your time in the water with an optional target. - Contrast: cycle through hot, cold and rest phases with a round counter. STAY IN CONTROL - Choose a target for each phase or use an open-ended timer. - Vibration alerts you when a target is reached. Press START when you are ready to move on; reaching the target never ends a phase automatically. - Pause, resume, skip a phase, end and save, or discard from the pause menu. SAVE THE DETAILS - Save each session to Garmin Connect, with each phase recorded as a lap. - Record heart rate throughout the session, subject to your watch and sensor readings. - Enter sauna and water temperatures at the end in °C or °F and save them with the activity. - See live heart rate and the time of day. Wrist temperature is shown on watches with a supported sensor; it is not a measurement of sauna or water temperature. REVIEW YOUR SESSIONS - Browse your 10 most recent saved sessions on the watch, with mode, rounds, phase times and any temperatures you entered. - History is stored on your watch and works offline. DESIGNED FOR WET HANDS - Large, high-contrast digits and a dim mode for dark saunas. - Touch input is ignored during sessions to prevent accidental changes from water drops. - Optional water guard requires a second START or BACK press within 1.5 seconds. - Choose vibration off, gentle or strong, plus an optional alert every minute. CONTROLS UP/DOWN: choose a mode. START: begin or advance to the next phase. BACK: open the pause menu. UP/DOWN during a session: adjust dim mode. MENU: settings. WATCH CARE Check your watch's operating temperature and water-resistance limits before use. Sauna temperatures can exceed its operating range; exposure may damage the watch and affect warranty coverage. Water resistance does not imply suitability for heat exposure. Always follow the guidance for your specific model.
