Descrizione

Walk onto the first tee ready: a 5 to 13 minute warm-up your watch runs for you. It buzzes at every change, shows what's next and how long is left. No phone, no videos, no thinking. Tee Ready directs the routine; it does not teach it. The animations remind you of moves you already know, and the watch cannot see whether you do them well. It is not medical advice: if you have pain, an injury or a heart condition, check with your doctor first. WHAT IT DOES • Four routines: Express (5 min), Full (9 min), Winter (13 min, longer and gentler for a cold body) and Short game (5 min, putter and wedge). • 16 exercises chosen for the golf swing: thoracic rotation, hips, shoulders, forearms, and progressive swings to finish. • A 3-2-1 countdown, a progress ring, the exercise name and animation, and the time left in big numbers. • Side-to-side exercises split in two, with a "Switch sides" alert halfway. • Rep-based exercises get a soft buzz on every rep, so you keep the rhythm without looking. • Before starting you see the total time, the list, and the club you need to have in hand. • A summary at the end: real time, exercises done, average and max heart rate, and your warm-up streak. FOLLOW IT WITHOUT LOOKING Every alert has its own pattern and length: long buzz for a new exercise, double short buzz to switch sides, soft taps on the last three seconds, a triple buzz when you're done. MADE FOR GLOVES Buttons only; touch is an extra. BACK skips to the next exercise and never exits by accident; hold DOWN to go back; to end the routine you pause first. SETTINGS (Garmin Connect or on the watch) • Vibration: on or off. • Tones: off by default, so you don't bother anyone on the tee. • Exercise length: Short (×0.75), Normal or Long (×1.25). • Rest time: 3, 5, 8 or 10 s between exercises. • Record activity: saves the warm-up as a flexibility activity with one lap per exercise. Off by default, to keep your history clean. • Default routine: the one listed first until you've used one. • Show next: the "Next: …" hint at the bottom. NOTES AND LIMITS • The first time you open it, it asks you to read a short health notice. • It does not replace a physio or a golf pro, and it is no promise that you won't get hurt: move within a comfortable range and stop if anything hurts. • Heart rate needs a watch with a wrist sensor; without it, the summary shows time and exercises only.

Novità

• Refreshed animations: the figure now stands on the ground and wears a cap, so side views show which way it faces and the tilt in "Neck mobility" is easier to see. • A more natural "Easy full swings": the hips turn with the body, the back heel comes up, the finish is held on the toe, and the club no longer vanishes on the way back to address. • On most watches, the swing follows a more natural rhythm (a slow backswing, a quicker downswing and a finish held for about 2 seconds), and the club and arms no longer shrink as they move. • In "Calf raises" the arms move with you, and in "Lunge with twist" the back foot rests on its toes. • On watches with an AMOLED screen, the animations are even smoother.
