Descrizione

Smooth Grade shows the gradient of the climb you are on, averaged over a window of 10 to 120 seconds that you choose (30 by default). A short window reacts quickly; a long one gives the steady number you want on a long climb. Gradient comes from the altitude and distance your watch records, so it follows your watch's own altitude source. Add it to a data screen of your activity like any other field.
