Data watch face for runners and anyone who follows their form: big glowing hours and minutes, two side gauges, recovery time and your heart rate over the last 4 hours. WHAT YOU SEE • Hours above minutes in large glowing digits, in orange or cyan. • Two side gauges that fill from the bottom, each on its natural 0–100 scale. By default: Body Battery on the left, step goal on the right. • Recovery time at the top and the watch battery level on the rim. • Four data fields next to the time. By default: date, heart rate, sleep score and stress. • Heart rate over the last 4 hours as a small bar chart, with the minimum and maximum (on the smallest screens, 218 and 240 px: minimum and maximum only). • A 24-hour scale on the rim with midnight at the top. The violet band is the night, from sunset to sunrise, calculated on the watch for your location, and a dot marks the current moment. MAKE IT YOURS • 7 data fields. The two gauges take any value with a 0–100 scale: Body Battery, step goal, stress, battery, sleep score, blood oxygen or weekly intensity minutes. The other fields take any of 38 data types, or nothing, including heart rate, steps, distance, calories, altitude, barometer, temperature, weather, sunrise and sunset, recovery time, VO2 max, training status, race predictor, respiration, sleep score, weekly distance, notifications and the next calendar event. • Glow colour: orange or cyan. • Red night mode: off, from sunset to sunrise, or always on. • Time format: as on the watch, 12 h or 24 h. • Settings on the watch and in the Connect IQ app on your phone. Units follow your watch. Menu languages: English, Polish, German. BUILT FOR REAL USE • Missing data shows "--", never a misleading zero. • Always-on display on AMOLED watches: outlined digits and a thin night trace. It shifts a few pixels every minute and passes the 24-hour screen burn-in test of the Connect IQ simulator. On MIP watches the full face stays visible. • The night band does not need a live GPS fix: the face uses the last known location (from weather data or your last activity). Until a location is known, the band is not shown. • Some data types (such as recovery time, VO2 max, training status or sleep score) come from newer watches only; on older models they show "--". • Built for every supported round model (round watches only) and tested in the Connect IQ simulator. PRIVACY The last known location is stored only on your watch, to calculate sunset and sunrise. The face has no internet permission and sends no data anywhere.
