Hyrox Power Training PRO - https://apps.garmin.com/apps/d6ca80c7-1c21-41de-a908-362d6ac66e88 HYROX POWER TRAINING — everything you need to PREPARE for HYROX, on your wrist. BUILD YOUR OWN SESSION A free-form builder where YOU decide: add runs, stations and rests in any order, repeat any station as often as you like, and set your own station numbers — SkiErg 500 m, a shorter sled, 40 wall balls, 15 calories on the Air Bike. Ergs step in 25 m, floor stations in 5 m. Reorder or delete any segment, then save with one tap. NEVER WONDER WHAT TO TRAIN • 9 prebuilt sessions — Compromised Run, Strength Circuit, Engine Builder, 5x1km, Pyramid Run, Sled Focus, Wall Ball Blast, Beginner Intro, Final Push • A Workout of the Day that rotates automatically — same session for everyone, every day • 9 for-time challenges to hunt personal bests, including Murph • Single-station drills for all 8 official stations, at official open-division weights • A weekly plan: assign a session to each day and start it straight from the home screen • Set your level — beginner, intermediate or advanced — and switch on "My level only" to see just the sessions that suit you TRAIN WITH REAL TARGETS Live pace ring: a green track shows the time budgeted for the segment you are on, orange fills as you work and turns red when you go over. Targets come from realistic per-exercise benchmarks, so the estimate you see before you start is the same one you race against — not a guess. LEARN EVERY STATION A built-in library covering all 8 HYROX stations plus running, pacing, the Roxzone, divisions and target times — technique, standards and the mistakes that cost time. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Automatic personal bests per workout and per station, your last 50 sessions, trend charts, and a post-session breakdown: run time vs station time, total rest, your weakest station and your run fade. SAVES PROPERLY TO GARMIN CONNECT Every session records as a Run activity with ONE LAP PER SEGMENT, each labelled in your watch language, plus a segment summary. Heart rate, calories and distance included. Works on 80 Garmin watches. Fully translated into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian, Portuguese and Lithuanian. FREE VERSION The first 5 saved workouts are free — every prebuilt session, the daily WOD, the challenges, the station drills, the weekly plan and the full on-watch builder. The one feature this version does not have is the web workout builder: it does not sync, and makes no web requests at all. To keep going, search "Hyrox Power Training Pro" on the Connect IQ Store — one-time purchase, no subscription. Not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX / Upsolut Sports AG. "HYROX" is used descriptively to refer to the race format. -bikintulis.de
