Stillpoint is a simple meditation timer built for your wrist. Open it, press START, and sit. • One press to begin. Default 5 minutes with a short settle-in countdown. • Presets from 1 to 90 minutes. Change length with UP/DOWN, or swipe on touch watches. • Focus reminders: every 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, or a single halfway bell. Shown as dots on the progress ring. • Soft signals: chime, gong or beep, with vibrate, tone, or both. Light, medium or strong vibration. Every option previews as you pick it. • Pause any time with START. BACK asks before ending, so a stray press won't cut a sit short. • Streaks: any sit of 1 minute or more counts for the day. See your current and best streak, a 7-day chart, total sits and time. • Heart rate shown live, plus how it settled from start to finish on the summary (sits of 2 minutes or more). • Optional "Save to Connect" records the sit as a Meditation activity in Garmin Connect. • Designed for crisp, low-distraction screens: MIP, AMOLED and black-and-white Instinct (your streak shows in the round sub-screen). • Works on over 110 Garmin watches, from the Forerunner 55 to the fēnix 9 and Venu X1. No account, no phone needed. Your stats stay on the watch. Free forever. No ads, no locked features, no subscription. Stillpoint is made by one person in spare time. If it helps your practice, you can buy me a coffee: https://ko-fi.com/stillpointapps (There's also a QR code under Settings → Support Stillpoint you can scan from the watch.) Enjoying it? A rating or review on this page helps other people find it.
