Most watch faces show you today. Beat shows you your week — measured against your own normal week. WHO IT'S FOR Beat is for the multisport athlete — the one who runs, rides, swims and lifts, sometimes in the same week, and doesn't fit into one number for one sport. If you care more about keeping your week going than blowing up one day, this is your face. It measures you against yourself, not a race plan or other people: your own normal week. So it rewards consistency — showing up across your sports, week after week. WHAT YOU SEE • Four sports — running, cycling, swimming and gym — each as a percentage of your normal week (this week against your own six-week average for that same sport). • The outer ring splits the circle between your sports, so it always adds up and shows which one you're taking most seriously right now. Each slice is weighted by how regularly you do that sport. • A "WEEK:" header — how much of your normal week you've done so far, across everything. • Live heart rate, weekday and date (WED, SEP 23), and battery with a small gauge that turns into a bolt while charging. • Digital or analog clock — your choice. HOW TO READ YOUR PERCENT • 100% — you've matched your normal week. • 130–160% — a strong, loading week. • 200%+ — either you're going all in, or your base in that sport is still thin. • 300+ — well above normal (almost always because you had little history in that sport yet, not because you tripled your training overnight). The label and the header can go past 100%; the ring caps each sport at 100%, so one big week never swallows the circle. The number rewards going over; the ring shows how you split your effort. SETTINGS • Clock: digital or analog • Hour format: 24-hour, 12-hour, or same as the watch • Colour theme: Vivid, Steel, Classic or Season (a look that follows the calendar; see SEASONS below) • Thousands separator: comma (1,234.5) or period (1.234,5) You can change all of these right on the watch, from the face's own settings menu — no phone needed. SEASONS Pick "Season" as your colour theme and Beat dresses up for the calendar. From October 1 to November 2 it turns Halloween — orange, purple and acid green, with a little pumpkin on the face — and the rest of the year it looks like Vivid. More seasons will follow. HOW IT WORKS Beat reads everything from your watch: no account, no companion app, nothing sent anywhere. The first week it's still learning your normal for running and cycling, so the ring waits (grey) and the header shows "--"; from the second week it lights up. Swimming and gym are there from day one. It measures volume and consistency — distance for running, cycling and swimming, minutes for the gym — not how hard a session was: the watch's history has no heart rate or load. Walking and hiking count as running; e-bike rides as cycling. BUILT FOR BOTH SCREENS Colours chosen to stay readable on AMOLED and MIP displays.
