Beschreibung

fin guides you through Hyrox, Tabata, EMOM and strength training — with your own routines from the fin app. • Start completes the station, and the watch moves on by itself • Two short cues before the end, one clear cue at the change • For Hyrox, the time for each station is recorded separately • For strength training you set weight and reps right on your wrist • Your phone can stay in your bag — the session is sent on as soon as there is a connection again CONTROLS Up/Down Change the value Start Next step Back Menu: continue, finish, discard Tap Choose weight or reps New controls for timed workouts: Back pauses and resumes (it used to take two steps through a menu), Up finishes the session, Down discards it — both ask first. While paused, the screen now shows you how to carry on. IMPORTANT: This app belongs to the fin app for iPhone. You need a fin account to use it — on first launch you pair the watch with a code from the settings in the fin app.

Neuerungen

- The app now speaks English as well as German. - Rest timers follow the exercise, not just one setting for the whole session. - Every set arrives with its own weight and reps. - Single-arm exercises log left and right separately.
