Locus Ballistics puts your firing solution on your wrist. It is the watch companion of the Locus Ballistics app for iPhone and Android: the phone does the ballistic math, the watch shows the holds, so you keep your eyes on the target and your phone in your pocket. AT A GLANCE • Elevation and windage holds for every target at your location, in MIL or MOA • Distance, shot angle, azimuth, time of flight and impact velocity for the selected target, with a compass and a wind arrow you read at a glance • Range card: elevation and wind for every distance step • Target list: all targets side by side, optionally with offsets from the first one • Glance: your rifle and ammo with a compact range card in the glance loop CONTROL FROM THE WATCH • START opens what changes while shooting: target, wind, stage, range card; MENU opens the setup; hold START to go straight to the wind • Set wind speed and clock direction; the holds update for every target • Create, edit and delete targets: distance, shot angle and azimuth from the watch compass • Enter atmosphere: ambient pressure from the watch barometer, temperature and humidity (the wrist temperature sensor can be left out) • Switch rifle profile, ammo and shooting location • Change units and toggle spin drift, Coriolis and aerodynamic jump WORKS OFFLINE The watch keeps the last solution from the phone, so the holds are there with no signal. Changes you make on the watch are sent to the phone app, which recalculates and syncs them back. No pop-ups: a thin ring briefly flashes around the screen when data arrives (blue), is sent (green) or fails (red). BUILT FOR EVERY SCREEN Layouts adapt to round, square and Instinct screens. On the Instinct, a minimal black-and-white design uses the round window for MIL/MOA and the page dots. REQUIREMENTS • Locus Ballistics app on iPhone or Android, paired with the watch through Garmin Connect • Locus Pro subscription in the phone app

What's new in 2.3 New design, made for use with your hands on the rifle: • Main screen: target name and distance small, the holds big • START on the main screen: the target's details — spin drift, Coriolis, time of flight, velocity, Mach • One simpler menu (hold UP): Target, Wind, Atmosphere, Targets, Locations, Range card,Rifle, Sync, Settings • BACK always returns to the previous screen • Target list: four targets with holds; with Target offsets on, the difference from the first target • Locations: pick the active stage, each with its number of targets • Wind for this target or for all; the same editor as the atmosphere • Azimuth from the compass shown live, START to save • Range card: pick any distance to see it in detail • Page dots show for a moment while you page, no button marks • Fixed: a crash while editing values; opening the wind editor no longer changes the wind • 42 more watches: fēnix 6 series, MARQ, Descent Mk2 / G1, Forerunner 945 LTE, Instinct 2 / 2S / Crossover, Enduro • Fixed: a crash while editing values; targets jumping between locations after the phone was out of reach; opening the wind editor no longer changes the wind
