Easy Series is a clean, fast interval trainer for round Garmin watches. If you like it, please support: https://ko-fi.com/deinygp Pick a preset — Tabata, HIIT, EMOM, Pyramid, Cardio — or build your own routine right on the watch: chain work and rest periods of any length, set the number of rounds (or make it endless ∞), concatenate blocks, and save it. Don't want one of them? Hold it on the list and delete it — the home screen shows only the routines you keep. While you train, everything is readable at a glance and mid-sweat: a huge countdown in rounded digits, WORK in lime and REST in cyan so you always know which phase you're in, the current set (e.g. SET 3/8), what's coming next, and a perimeter progress ring for the current period. The last 3 seconds of every phase flash for a clear visual cue — even with sound off — so you're ready for the switch. Four distinct sounds tell the phases apart without looking: routine start, a sharp high tone for WORK, a soft low tone for REST, and a finish tone. Vibration and an optional end-of-period beep are configurable. Everything is operable by **touch and by the physical buttons**, and the whole layout is resolution-independent, so it looks right across the round Garmin lineup. **Features** - Presets: Tabata, HIIT, EMOM, Pyramid, Cardio (Boxing rounds too) - On-watch routine builder: work/rest periods of any duration, reps or endless ∞, multiple blocks, save with a name - Edit the presets from your phone (Connect IQ app settings) and reset them to defaults - **Delete any routine you don't want** — hold it on the list (finger or START) and confirm; keep only the ones you actually use. From the phone you can also blank a preset field to hide it, or clear all watch-saved routines at once - Big rounded countdown, WORK (lime) / REST (cyan) color coding, SET n/total, "next" preview, perimeter progress ring - "Get ready" 3·2·1 lead-in before the first work period - Last-3-seconds visual blink on every phase (always on, even with the end beep off) - 4 distinct cues (routine start / work / rest / finish) + vibration + optional end-of-period beep - Full touch **and** button control - **Saves your workout as a Garmin activity** (HIIT): heart rate, calories and Training Effect in Garmin Connect, with every work/rest period as its own lap. Stop mid-workout to Resume, Save or Discard; can be turned off in settings - Completion summary: total time and sets done; save, discard or restart - Resolution-independent, bold theme, no phone required to run

## What's new — v1.1.0 Your workouts are now saved to Garmin Connect. Each routine is recorded as a HIIT activity (Cardio on older watches) with heart rate, calories and Training Effect, and every work and rest period shows up as its own lap. When the routine ends, save it, discard it or restart; stop mid-workout and you can Resume, Save or Discard. Prefer a plain timer? Turn RECORD off in the watch settings or in the Connect IQ app. The update asks for permission to record activities — that is what this new feature needs.
