Stretch Studio is a guided stretching routine app for Garmin watches. Four stretching routines that run themselves, so you can close your eyes and follow the buzz instead of watching a screen. Pick a body area and press START: - Neck & shoulders, 6 moves, 4:30 - for the hours spent looking at a monitor - Wrists, 5 moves, 3:30 - for the hours spent typing - Hips, 6 moves, 5:00 - for the hours spent sitting - Full body, 10 moves, 8:30 - when you have the time The watch buzzes once, softly, five seconds before a move ends, and again - for longer - when the next one starts. Moves that have a left and a right side split their time in half on their own: one buzz at the halfway point, and the screen switches from LEFT to RIGHT so you never have to remember which side you are on. Press START to pause, hold to skip a move you would rather not do today. When the routine ends you get the time you actually stretched, not the time the routine was supposed to take. A glance from the watch face shows how many sessions you have done in the last seven days.
