Beschreibung

This app gives percentile rankings and rating of your key fitness metrics. The PRO version gives an overall health/fitness rating based on a more comprehensive set of factors (cardiorespiratory, weight, sleep, stress, diet/nutrition, toxin avoidance, social relationships and environmental air quality). # Features * Shows your current VO2max (or heart rate reserve, HRR), resting heart rate (RHR) and BMI. * Shows the percentile ranking compared to members of the same age and gender in the general US population (nearest 5%, PRO version shows more precise values) * Select between running or cycling, or manually entered VO2max for the calculations * Option to use HRR, heart rate reserve instead of VO2max, if you do not have a VO2max measurement * Classifies ranking into categories; poor, fair, good, excellent etc. * Shows your current activity level in MET-h/week based on the last 7 days. To meet the WHO guidelines requires between 12.5 and 25 MET-h/week. NOTES: 1) Running/Cycling VO2max requires Connect IQ System 5 firmware on your watch. Otherwise it must be manually entered. 2) Estimates of percentile ranking will not be accurate for RHR if your age is less than 18 or higher than 80. 3) For VO2max, the higher your percentile is, the better. For RHR, the lower your percentile is, the better. For BMI, a healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 25 (between 2nd and 29th percentile), with the ideal being in the middle of this range. For Asians, there is an option to use the proposed revised range of 18.5-23.0. 4) Your gender, height, weight and birth year and HR zones must be up to date in your Garmin user profile. You can use my Max Heart Rate data field to help determine your max HR. # PRO version features * Shows average sleep in the last 7 days (requires intervals.icu account linked to your Garmin account) * Shows previous 7 day average stress (received from the Health Dashboard or compatible watchface) * Gives an overall fitness/health rating calculated from VO2max, RHR, BP, BMI, diet, stress, sleep, toxin avoidance, social relationships and environmental air quality factors * Balance chart for visualization of factors comprising the overall fitness/health rating * Gives estimated years of life gained (after the age of 40) compared to if you were inactive, based on MET-h/week and manually entered health state. This assumes that your current weekly activity level is maintained. * HRV evaluation. Use HRV data from Garmin Connect or manually entered value for HRV (measure using my Simple HRV app). The percentile for HRV is evaluated, as well as a poor, moderate, or good ranking. * VO2max historical trend graph for VO2max measurements from the Walking, Swimming, Treadmill Run or Wheelchair VO2max Test data fields * Option to use walking, swimming, treadmill run, elliptical or wheelchair VO2max values for VO2max percentile evaluation and overall fitness rating. * More precise percentile ranking (0.1% resolution) For more information on this app, see: https://ko-fi.com/Post/A-simple-fitness-rating-app-F1F1D1M1L # Payment For the PRO version, use this link to pay US$1.70 via Stripe (no account required; credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay accepted). 如需通过微信或支付宝付款，请使用此链接： https://buy.stripe.com/dR6g0DcMs14pg362i8 Alternative payment via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/trudelta/1.70USD Important instructions to get your unlock code quickly: https://ko-fi.com/post/Payments-via-PayPal-Z8Z6AIK78 Payment via Stripe is recommended because you will get your unlock code immediately on the payment confirmation screen.
