Beschreibung

Rhetra is a strength program, not a logbook. Every weight it suggests comes with its reason, and you're the one who confirms. This app brings today's workout to your Garmin wrist. WHAT THE WATCH SHOWS — The current exercise and today's weight, large enough to read between sets. — kg × reps, and the set rail: done, current, to do. — The rest timer, full screen, computed from the clock: a watch that dozes off never drifts. — Your heart rate, recorded into the Garmin activity. WHAT YOU DO WITHOUT TOUCHING THE PHONE — START or tap: the set is logged. — UP / DOWN: previous or next exercise; during rest, ±30 s. — MENU: adjust weight and reps, or add a set. — BACK: leave. The workout stays open on the phone. Everything works with buttons. Nothing requires a touchscreen. WHEN YOU'RE DONE The watch saves the activity to Garmin Connect, with your average heart rate, and shows "Logged." WHAT YOU NEED — The Rhetra app on your iPhone (App Store), with a workout started. — The Garmin Connect app installed and paired: it carries the messages between phone and watch. WHAT THE WATCH DOESN'T DO It computes no progression and has no undo button: Connect IQ carries no set identifier, so an undo couldn't be made safe. A set logged by mistake is fixed on the phone, in one tap. Your data stays in your iCloud and your Garmin Connect. Rhetra has no server.
