Running is 90% mental. Your legs can keep going long after your mind wants to quit. RunMotivation is the data field that fights back against that voice in your head. Unlike generic motivation apps, RunMotivation knows where you are in your run. A fresh phrase at the start sets the tone. Smarter phrases in the middle push you through the wall. And when you're in the final stretch — it knows, and it tells you exactly what you need to hear. HOW IT WORKS Add RunMotivation as a data field on any of your Garmin activity screens. It runs silently in the background, monitoring your distance, time and heart rate. When a trigger fires — your watch vibrates and a bold motivational phrase fills the field for 10 seconds.
