FOUR STRESS BANDS, EIGHT COLORS Rest (0–25), Low (26–50), Medium (51–75) and High (76–100) each have an independent color choice. Pick Blue, Emerald, Amber, Ruby, Violet, Teal, Ivory or Rose. MAKE IT YOURS - Clock color: Ivory, Brass or White. - Celsius, Fahrenheit or watch temperature units. - Garmin weather-cache checks every 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. - Settings are saved on the watch and through supported phone settings. ALWAYS ON When the watch sleeps, the always-on display takes over, dimmed at bedtime. It shows the cream clock, a faceted crystal outline in your stress color, a brass step arc with gear ticks, the date, battery and notifications. It moves a few pixels every minute to protect AMOLED screens and follows your watch's display settings. GOOD TO KNOW - Missing or stale stress shows an unlit gray crystal and dashes. On first use, a stress reading can take a few minutes to appear; until then, the crystal stays gray and shows dashes. The newest valid stress sample must be less than five minutes old. - Stress is Garmin's physiological estimate, not an inferred emotion. - Weather is Garmin's cached data; checking it does not force a provider download. Observations two hours old or unavailable show stale or missing states. - Moon phase and orientation are approximate. The engraved crest is decorative. - Health and weather availability depend on Garmin and your watch.
