Beschreibung
Stress and HR Graph displays a color-coded history of your heart rate and stress levels as bar graphs, along with a quadrant showing your current HR and stress position.
The data field is designed for activities where Garmin provides stress data, and is particularly useful for yoga, meditation, breathwork, rest, and pacing.
It displays the last 20 minutes of stress scores and heart rate, sampled every 5 seconds. Stress is color-coded by level, while heart rate is color-coded according to your HR zones. The field also shows your current, minimum, average, and maximum HR and stress values over the displayed 20-minute period.
The stress score is calculated by your Garmin device on a 0–100 scale. By default, HR zones are pulled from your Garmin User Profile's generic activity settings, but you can optionally define custom HR zones.

Using Stress and HR Graph
Stress and HR Graph is a data field, not a standalone app. It must be added to a compatible activity's data screen.
To add it:
1. Open Activities and select Yoga or another compatible activity.
2. Open Settings → Data Screens.
3. Select the screen you want to customize.
4. Select Edit Data Fields.
5. Choose a 1-field layout.
6. Select the field and choose Connect IQ Fields.
7. Select Stress and HR Graph.
A 1-field layout is recommended so that the graphs and quadrant have enough space to be easily viewed.
Note: Stress data availability varies by Garmin device and activity. The field can display HR during activities even when stress data is unavailable; unavailable measurements are shown as gaps.
User Profile data is only used locally to display the HR zones. No data is sent, stored, shared, or transmitted.
Neuerungen
Added high contrast mode for smaller text and quadrant graph.
Added night mode with customizable start and end times that switches the palette to monochromatic red.
Both of these modes can be turned on in the settings for this datafield in the Connect IQ app.
Improved error handling.
