Just Ring Classic is an analog watch face with a machined bezel, a month ring and two small sub-dials - the classic layout, with today's data behind it. BEZEL RING The ring between the indexes has 15 modes: months (arc on the current month, also on a gold or sky-blue solar band), weekdays, 24h UTC, 24h secondary time zone, daylight arc (sunrise to sunset, dot at the current time), minute bezel, moon phases, solar day in gold or sky blue (night / dawn / day / dusk, dot at the current time), Garmin hourly forecast for the next 12 hours (temperature, UV or precipitation chance) and an empty ring. On touchscreen watches a tap in the centre cycles the modes; the colour of the current-time dot has its own setting. SUB-DIALS Two sub-dials at 9 and 3 o'clock, each with two configurable fields (one above the other) and a progress ring on its edge. The ring takes any progress type: battery, steps, floors, calories (with your own goal), active minutes, move bar, Bluetooth, solar intensity, body battery, stress, recovery, sleep score, pulse ox, humidity, cloud cover, precipitation chance, daylight, UV (12 coloured segments) or heart-rate zones (five segments, the current zone lit). FIELDS Seven configurable fields: the four in the sub-dials, one at the top and two at the bottom. Around ninety options each: steps, floors, distance, calories, active minutes, altitude, heart rate, resting heart rate, body battery, stress, respiration, SpO2, VO2 max, recovery time, sleep score, training status, weekly run and bike distance, battery, notifications, week number, secondary time, UTC, sunrise and sunset, moon rise, set and phase, solar intensity, weight, and the full weather set: temperature, feels like, humidity, dew point, pressure, wind with Beaufort, wind direction, gusts, cloud cover, visibility, precipitation, UV and air quality. The date can be shown as the day in a coloured box with the weekday or the month. The top field also takes the long values: location, coordinates, MGRS, weather condition, full date, training status, and the weather icon with the temperature below it. Pressing a field opens the matching Garmin app. WEATHER AND OPENWEATHERMAP Garmin Weather works with no setup and covers every current-conditions field. OpenWeatherMap (OWM) is optional and adds air quality, moon rise and set from OWM, visibility, gusts, rain and snow amounts, and an independent forecast source. To use OWM you need your own API key: 1. Create an account at openweathermap.org and copy the key from the "API keys" tab. A new key can take up to two hours to activate. 2. This face uses the One Call API 3.0. It is NOT part of the basic free plan: in your OWM account, subscribe to "One Call by Call". It includes 1,000 free calls per day - far more than the face uses - but OWM asks for a payment card on file to enable it. 3. Paste the key into the face settings (Weather API Key) and pick the OWM variants of the fields you want. If the key is missing, not yet active or the One Call subscription is not enabled, the OWM fields simply show dashes; the Garmin fields keep working. COLOURS AND OTHER SETTINGS Twenty-four themes, plus Custom with a hex colour for every element. The bezel ring, its arc and the sub-dial rings follow the theme. Optional gradient background on AMOLED. Metal hands with a white second hand; hands can be hidden. Weather icons as images or glyphs, wind arrow on the bezel coloured by Beaufort, auto-colour values by threshold, always-on display (time only or full layout), pressure and wind units, English day/month names, secondary time zone. Sleep score and training status need Connect IQ 6.0.2 or later. Position fields and sun/moon times use the last known GPS location.
