Run Walk Coach runs the run and walk method from a data field. Set the run seconds and the walk seconds in settings (60 and 30 by default); the field shows Run or Walk with the interval count and the time left, and buzzes and beeps when it is time to switch.
It runs on the activity's timer, so pausing the activity pauses the intervals.
Add it to a data screen of your activity like any other field.
