Breath hold training for surfers, on dry land. Guided CO2 and O2 tables on your watch, for calmer hold-downs.
I'm Philipp, a Baltic surfer and the dev behind BreakFinder.
Get started in 4 steps
1. Install the app.
2. Sync your watch in Garmin Connect until the app is on it. Stuck at "Queued"? Sync again.
3. Create a free account at breakfinder.surf/pair. It shows your 6-digit code.
4. Open the app on your watch, press START and enter the code.
Only on land
Train sitting or lying down, never in or near water. This app is for dry training, not for use while diving or swimming.
What it does
- Guided CO2 and O2 tables, with every round on the screen
- Breath holds with your own targets
- Heart rate during each exercise
- Your progress over time
- Sound and vibration cues, works offline
On the watch
- The hold timer shows READY, HOLD and BREATHE in one ring.
- Your result sits next to your records.
- Surf Training is a list you scroll through on the watch.
- AMOLED rounds, fenix and Forerunner screens and the square Venu Sq each get their own layout.
