Personalized training advice directly on your Garmin watch, based on your sports data. Kinetiq IA turns your sports data into useful training advice, directly on your Garmin watch. Instead of adding more charts and statistics, Kinetiq IA helps you understand your current situation and decide what to do next. From your watch, you can: • get your Daily Coach; • prepare your next workout; • prepare a specific session; • analyze your latest session; • prepare for a race. Kinetiq IA uses the data available on your Garmin watch together with completed sessions sent by Kinetiq IA Recorder to provide advice adapted to your training context. Some information can also be entered directly from the watch, such as your morning HRV when needed. KINETIQ IA RECORDER To send data from your completed Garmin activities to Kinetiq IA, install Kinetiq IA Recorder as well and add it as a data field to the relevant activity profile. Download Kinetiq IA Recorder: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/fd98ae77-a250-4522-9f6e-49a5cd80b354 You continue recording your activities normally using the native sports apps on your Garmin watch. There is currently no direct synchronization with Garmin Connect. PUBLIC BETA Kinetiq IA is currently available as a free public beta. Installing the app is free, but using it requires a valid Kinetiq IA access. Access requests are currently reviewed individually. Request access at: https://kinetiqia.com/beta/ The beta may include bugs or limitations, and user feedback helps us prepare the commercial release. PRIVACY Kinetiq IA only uses the data required for the features you enable and shows the status of the main available data sources directly on the watch. More information: https://kinetiqia.com/confidentialite/ Kinetiq IA provides training-related information and does not replace a healthcare professional.
