Beschreibung

An app to help you track and understand your HRV. **Please check trouble shooting if the measurment is not starting, getting HRV requires a strong stable signal. If you like this app, please leave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating or review. I would really appricate it! The watch measures the gap between each heartbeat. It looks at how much those gaps change from one beat to the next, then boils all those changes down into a single number (RMSSD, in milliseconds). Higher = more beat-to-beat variation = generally better recovery or parasympathetic nervous system dominance. Current features: - A simple graph to visualise your HRV trends over time (adjustable aggregation) - Settings to adjust the measurement duration - Results visible in connect app on/off in settings - save/discard invididual results Premium features - changing graph types - baseline - 7 day rolling average Trouble Shooting: **It can take up to 90 seconds for the reading of the HRV to start, the sensor needs a stable, strong signal. * Check the sensor is clean, * Sit still * Making sure the watch is sitting firmly above the wrist bone. * If you are still having trouble reach out to me via 'contact developer' The app is free to use. for all basic features.
