The default is Body Battery with heart rate. - Draw the filled trace as a soft area or as color-coded bars. Stress bars follow Garmin's four stress zones, from rest in blue to high in deep orange, so you can see the night's stress under your heart-rate line. - Night, wind-down, morning recap, and day layouts that follow the sleep schedule on your watch. THREE FIELDS, 10 CHOICES Three lower fields can show heart rate, Body Battery, stress, respiration, Pulse Ox, resting heart rate, steps, watch battery, recovery time, or sleep score. The heart field compares the current reading with your seven-day resting heart-rate average when available. Hold a field to change it, if the shortcut is enabled. MAKE IT YOURS - Customize the clock, glow, accent, graph colors, graph span, countdown line, progress ring, and seconds. - Night Shield switches to a warm palette. - Night brightness has three levels. ALWAYS ON When the watch sleeps, the always-on display takes over: the dim clock, the time until wake or bed, and a thin night-progress ring. It moves a few pixels every minute to protect AMOLED screens. GOOD TO KNOW - The night progress ring is a schedule guide, not a measure of time asleep. - Nocturne uses Garmin-provided readings and profile data on the watch. It does not provide sleep stages, time actually asleep, or heart-rate variability. - Missing readings appear as dashes. Sleep score and some history fields depend on watch support and available data.
