Beschreibung
Bring your Garmin VO2 max estimate into Mitochondria Life.
Mito VO2max is a watch companion for Mitochondria Life 3.0 (314) or later on Android. It displays the latest VO2 max estimate stored in your Garmin user profile and sends it to the phone app. A running estimate takes priority; a cycling estimate is used when no running estimate is available.
Getting started
1. Pair and sync a supported watch in Garmin Connect on your Android phone.
2. Install Mito VO2max on the watch and open it once.
3. In Mitochondria Life, open Records, choose the Garmin import option and select your watch.
4. Tap the watch screen or press Select to send. Confirm the import result on your phone.
Optional daily import requires enabling and scheduling it in the phone app. Connectivity and phone power-saving restrictions may delay a scheduled import. “Auto sync ready” on the watch means it is waiting for a request; it does not confirm that a phone schedule has been configured.
Manual Garmin import and daily automatic import do not require an additional purchase or a paid subscription in Mitochondria Life.
Requirements
Mitochondria Life for Android, Garmin Connect and a supported Garmin watch. Integration with the iPhone app is not supported.

Data handling
The app reads an existing estimate; it does not measure VO2 max itself. “No value” is shown when no estimate is available. The retrieval time is not the measurement time. The estimate, its type and retrieval time are sent through Garmin's phone communication interface to Mitochondria Life. The watch app has no code that directly sends data to a developer server.
