Beschreibung
Naklog Fishing records your fishing trip on a Garmin fēnix 8.
• Start/stop recording with one button; the GPS track is saved as a Garmin activity and uploaded to your Naklog account in near real time (buffered and sent later when the phone connection drops).
• One-tap catch records: pick the species and count right on the watch.
• Tide, sunrise/sunset and GPS reception status at a glance while recording.
• Real-time seat "Focus!" alert (vibration + banner) when your seat becomes favorable.
• Spot reminder: right after you start recording, the watch reminds you to set your fishing spot on the phone (Naklog app Today's seat).
• Easy setup: enter the 6-digit pairing code from the Naklog app (Settings Watch) in Garmin Connect — no long token typing.
Requires a free Naklog account (naklog.svong.org) and a phone connection for syncing. The watch interface is in Korean.
Neuerungen
- The 33 fish photos on the catch screen are replaced with new, clean photos (plain background, one correct photo per species). The old web photos with source watermarks are gone.
- Includes the mounted-phone location option (GPS saver, from 1.6.7): when a phone fixed on the boat is reporting the track, the watch can turn its own GPS off to save battery. It only works if you turn on Watch GPS saver in the Naklog phone app (Settings, then GPS track). Otherwise the app behaves like 1.6.6 apart from the photos.
- If the phone signal is lost, the watch turns its GPS back on by itself. Turning off Mounted-phone location (GPS saver) in the Garmin Connect app settings keeps the watch GPS always on.
- Note: the part of the trip recorded without watch GPS can show a gap in the map and distance of the activity saved to Garmin Connect (the Naklog track is filled in by the mounted phone). If the GPS was turned off during a trip, the end-of-trip distance and speed summary is not sent to Naklog.
