An attractive power meter dial with configurable N-second averages. Upgrade to add full configurability of the dial range, zones used, a highlighted goal, all colours and detailed statistics so that you can review your performance and improve your training. You must have a power meter for your Garmin to see power values. SPECIFYING ZONES Specify zones using a comma separated list of data values. Values are sorted by size. The smallest value becomes the base of zone 1 with each subsequent value forming the boundary with the next zone. If you specify more than 7 zones, the list will be truncated. Lists are sorted by size during processing. 2. SPECIFYING DIAL RANGE Dial range affects only the visual display. If you do not set a range, the dial will calculate an appropriate range for display. A single value list is interpreted as a range from zero up to that value. If you specify more than one value, the dial will range from the smallest value up to the highest value. Dial range supports: • Zone values • Data values • A mix of zone and data values 3. SPECIFYING TARGET RANGE A single value list is interpreted as a range from that value up to the dial maximum. If you specify more than one value, the target is the smallest value up to the highest value. Target range supports: • Zone values • Proportional values • Data values • A mix of zone, proportional and data values COMBINING VALUE TYPES Supported values for each range may be combined so that “z2,p0.75” specifies a range from the boundary of zone 2 to three-quarters of the way around the dial. Where a dial supports multiple units, values using different units may be used provided the unit is specified for each value. ZONE VALUES Zone values are specified as “z” and a zone number so that “z1” specifies zone 1 and “z5” specifies zone 5. Values may be combined so that “z1,z4” specifies the low boundary of zone 1 up to the high value of zone 4. PROPORTIONAL VALUES Proportional values are specified as “p” and a proportion around the dial between 0 and 1 so that “p0.25” specifies a quarter of the way around the dial. Values may be combined so that “p0.25,p0.5” specifies a range between a quarter and a half of the dial range. DATA VALUES Data values are specified in watts. STATISTICS Zone and target statistics are stored on a per lap basis as well as for the entire session. Target range statistics allow you to track up to two values out of "below target", "on target" and "above target". Zone statistics allow you to track the percentage time in each configured zone. NB: Due to Garmin limitations, percentage in zone will only be tracked for the first five zones. Zone and value graphs let you see the your progress through the session in Garmin Connect. FINALLY...
