Beschreibung

Zone2AI is a subscription app. The Garmin watch app is free, and it works with the Zone2AI iPhone app, which requires a subscription after a short setup. Plans: weekly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase (pay once, keep forever). You can see the exact price for your country in the iPhone app before paying anything. What the watch app does: real-time Zone 2 heart-rate tracking on your Garmin, with your session synced to the phone app for scoring and coaching. Your workout appears in the Zone2AI iPhone app once Garmin Connect syncs — usually within a few minutes. --- Zone2AI coaches your Zone 2 heart rate training in real time on your Garmin watch. Your Zone 2 range is personalized using your health data, fitness level, workout history and RPE feedback. Not the generic age-based formula. FEATURES: - Real-time HR zone coaching with color-coded guidance (blue = speed up, green = perfect zone, red = slow down) - Smart warmup detection: warmup time tracked separately from your Zone 2 goal - Activity picker: Running, Cycling, Walking (indoor/outdoor) with treadmill incline correction - Customizable data field: Press UP or DOWN during a workout to cycle the bottom data field through Total time, Pace, Distance, Avg HR, and Clock. Your preferred field persists across workouts - Average pace display: pace shown as your session average — smooth and readable at a glance - RPE feedback after each workout: zones adjust based on how the session felt - 4 progressive levels: Restoration (15 min) → Longevity (30 min) → Performance (45 min) → Elite (60 min) - Sprint protocol: Norwegian 4x4 VO2 Max intervals with Zone 5 tracking - Full sync with Zone2AI iPhone app REQUIRES: the Zone2AI iPhone app (subscription — see above). The watch app syncs your personalized zones and workout data with the iPhone app. PRIVACY: No personal data leaves the device except to sync with your iPhone app. All data deletable.

Guided 4x4 Norwegian intervals on most watches: warm-up, four work and recovery intervals, cool-down. After a treadmill run, enter the treadmill's distance and Zone2AI learns how far off your watch is. More reliable delivery of your workouts to the Zone2AI app, and Save and Discard on touch-only watches.
