Popis
Bring your fueling plan and personal reminders to your Garmin cycling data screen. TrainGO Fuel combines carbohydrate targets, intake tracking and experimental power-based estimates with water reminders and one custom reminder.
FEATURES
- Follow your carbohydrate target, logged intake and next planned portion.
- Set a water reminder and a custom reminder, such as 'Take sodium', each with an independent interval from 1 to 180 active minutes.
- See whether each reminder is on or off and its configured interval before starting your ride. Small fields rotate this summary with the estimate.
- Receive prominent messages within the Fuel field when reminders are due. Timers respect activity pauses.
- Configure Fuel in the dedicated TrainGO app or web page; settings are saved to your account.
REQUIREMENTS AND SETUP
A TrainGO account with a paid Competidor plan is required. Fuel is enabled by default for eligible users and can be turned off.
1. Open TrainGO Fuel in the TrainGO app or at traingo.ai. Set your parameters and reminder intervals, then save.
2. Prepare a session and enter its transfer code in the Garmin Fuel settings before starting the activity. An internet connection is required for this transfer.
3. Add TrainGO Fuel to a cycling data screen. Prefer a large field and keep that page visible to see reminders. Sound depends on your device and settings.
After transfer, the loaded session works offline. Changed settings require a new session transfer. Turning Fuel off in TrainGO does not instantly revoke an already loaded offline session. Device intake records do not sync back to the phone.
Power-based estimates require power data and your configured FTP. Estimates are experimental, not direct measurements of carbohydrate use or glycogen. Water and custom reminders do not require power data and do not prescribe fluid volumes or sodium doses. Device interface: English; your custom reminder text is preserved.
