Popis
SwimSet guides a structured pool session on your wrist.
The session is written by the SwimSet app on iPhone: warm-up, main sets with send-offs and a cool-down, sized to your pool. Send it to your Garmin, leave the phone in the locker, and swim.
On the watch:
- The current set, the distance to go and what comes next, always on screen
- Moves on by itself as your lengths are counted
- A different vibration for the last length, set complete, rest complete and workout complete
- BACK/LAP moves to the next set; MENU offers previous, repeat, skip and end
- Touches are ignored while swimming, so water on the screen cannot move the session
- Records a lap swimming or open water activity to Garmin Connect
Requires the SwimSet app on iPhone (iOS 18 or later) and Garmin Connect on the same iPhone. SwimSet has no account and no servers; the session goes from your iPhone to your watch over Bluetooth.
