Popis

Kettlebell Power PRO - https://apps.garmin.com/apps/8bd89689-5aa0-4584-98c7-edda910f7f90 A real Simple & Sinister app, free. 100 one-hand swings on the :30. 10 get-ups on the :60. The clock, the hand-switch prompt, the rep count and the Simple / Sinister progress bars — all free, forever, in this version. It never prescribes a bell you don't own. Tick the bells in your rack (8 · 12 · 16 · 20 · 24 · 28 · 32 · 40 · 48 kg, or the pound ladder). Every prescription snaps to that list, and when the snap moves the load the reps move with it — a step heavier means fewer reps, a step lighter means more, and the card says so. What is free here - Simple & Sinister, the whole program - The bell engine and your bell inventory - All 23 movements with how-to and fault → fix cards - Eight prebuilt sessions, the Daily Bell and the challenges - Simple, Sinister and Snatch Test standards as live progress bars - Hand-care tracking and the tear-risk guard - Wrist rep counting, tonnage, swing count - Full recording to Garmin Connect What the full version adds Nine more programs — Rite of Passage, The Giant, Armor Building Complex, Quick & Dead, the 10,000 Swing Challenge, Snatch Test Prep, Beginner Bell, Girevoy Ladder and the six-week Weak-point Block — and no session cap.
