Popis

Anchor Point watches your boat’s GPS position against an anchor point you set on the watch. If you drift outside the chosen radius, the watch alerts you. How to use: 1. Open Anchor Point (apps list or glance). 2. Wait until the watch shows GPS good. 3. Set the radius with UP/DOWN (15–50 m in 5 m steps, or 75 / 100 m). 4. Press START to set the anchor and begin monitoring. 5. Leave the app open. The watch shows distance and INSIDE/OUTSIDE status. 6. If you drift out, the alarm sounds and/or vibrates. Press START to silence for 60 seconds, UP/DOWN to change the radius, or MENU to stop or continue. 7. When finished, open the menu and choose Stop surveillance. Keep the app in the foreground the whole time — closing it stops monitoring. For sound, set the watch Alert Tones to On (not only “During Activity”). This is a secondary awareness aid. GPS can vary; do not rely on it as your only safety system. Languages: English, German, and French. The app and its Garmin Connect settings follow the watch language. No phone app, no remote alerts, no charts, no FIT recording, no background monitoring when closed. Source and issues: https://github.com/BotVibe/Garmin-Anchor-Point
