Popis

FatigueSense: your energy budget, live on your wrist Requires the FatigueSense app for iPhone or Android and an account. This is a companion app. On its own the watch shows the steps and heart rate it counts itself and asks you to open your phone. FatigueSense helps you spread your effort across the day instead of spending it all at once. The phone app works out an energy budget for the day from your own resting heart rate, your recent activity and your own history. This watch app puts that number on your wrist and keeps it moving as you move. What it does: Shows the energy you have left today as a ring you can read at a glance Drains it live from this watch's own heart rate and steps, without waiting for your phone Taps your wrist and sounds at 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 percent of the day's budget, so you know where you are before the day is spent Lets you know when your heart rate has stayed above a threshold you set yourself for longer than you chose Shows today's plan and what each activity is costing, if you keep one A glance view, so the number is there without opening the app You choose your own threshold and you choose whether alerts are on or off. Your budget is worked out from your own data rather than from an average, so the wrist and the phone always agree. Heart rate and step data are sent to FatigueSense so your day stays current across watch and phone.
