Speed Slalom times inline speed slalom runs on your wrist and keeps every result in your speedslalom.com account. TIMING • The watch detects the start and the finish of a run from its motion sensors — no extra hardware needed. Sensitivity and calibration are kept for each watch. • Ready/Set start sequence with sound cues and false-start detection. • Works with SSC Gate Light timing gates over Bluetooth. TRAINING • Free runs, training sessions, duels, and reaction and acceleration tests. • Lanes and rest countdowns shared with the coach. • Run history and results right on the watch. COACH • Works with the Speed Slalom Coach phone app: the coach starts the run from the phone, and the phone gives the start commands. • Invite a coach to a duel with a QR code. SYNC • Results and settings sync with your speedslalom.com account, so the coach sees them in the cabinet and on other devices. What's new in 1.0.0.158 • Timing on the watch alone (without the Coach phone) now needs your account's access, which the watch renews by itself whenever it is online. Without a connection it keeps timing for up to 24 hours (during the trial, not past its end); after that, or if the watch's clock is set back, a run does not start and the watch tells you why. • MENU now holds what the watch does, Settings only its settings; Tests and Duel show your account's results. • Help lists the steps of your role and where to tap. • Session pause: pause and resume a training session. The next run gets a Pause badge, the header shows the idle time, and the auto mode waits while the session is paused. • After a saved duel, start the next one with the same lanes or with the lanes swapped. • Voice: a get-ready call before a run timed on the watch, and the start waits for it; in a duel the call comes after a 5-second countdown, then SELECT starts. • Lanes: a test launched from the phone asks which gates time it; an athlete on a session lane with its own gates is no longer asked. • Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean are drawn with the watch's own fonts, Arabic right to left; long result titles fit the round screen. • The tutorial asks "Don't show again?" when you leave it; the phone icon opens the account screen; the latest-run icons are easier to tap. • More reliable sign-in and sign-in confirmation.
